Exhibitor Package Includes the Following:

  • 10ft x 10ft Space on the PDC Showroom Floor
    (Upgrade your exposure by selecting a Premium Booth Location for $250. View Premium Locations using the thumbnail located to the left.)
  • Booth Rental with Set Up
    (Velcro graphics and signs you provide, to the standard booth wall.  A custom printed graphic for your booth wall is available in the options listed above.)
  • Expo Admission for two Company Representatives for Two Days. Includes lunch during the expo, and admission to Network Reception. All attendees must submit a Security and Proceedures Waiver by Feb. 16.  Attendees will receive a SEATS18 Name Badge at the Wecome Desk.  Must be worn at all times.  Required for entry to Networking Reception as well.

  • Half Page Company Profile in Program Book
    Your completed and approved final Company Profile is due Fri, Jan. 26, 2018.  Refer to Welcome Packet for instructions, deadlines, and late fees. Profile will be printed in program book.  (Upgrade to a Full Page Profile with Color Photos in the options listed above.) 
  • 8ft Rectangular Table with a Black Floor-Length Tablecloth     (An additional 8ft rectangular table with tablecloth may be ordered.) (Maximum number of tables allowed in booth area is two.)
  • Customized Table Runner with Your Company Logo.  (Upload your logo no later than Fri, Jan. 26 using the online Upload Files feature or email to info@FordSeatExpo.com.  Provide EPS file with fonts converted to outlines. Minimum 300dpi.)
    • Larger than hand-carry items must be transported to and from the PDC Showroom by expo producer.  This service is complimentary.  Refer to Welcome Packet, and the Entry and Exit Material Handling documents for deadlines, details, and delivery schedule.   Oversized items that are larger than 7'H x 4'W x 3'D and/or greater than 500 pounds must be approved in advance and will incur a $250 handling fee per item.   EMAIL your request to info@FordSeatExpo.com.
    • One 110V Power Strip at 15amp (Additional power strips may be ordered.)
    • Two chairs

    IMPORTANT:

    Exhibitor space is limited to a 10' x 10' area on the showroom floor.  Be sure your displays and materials fit in this space. 

    Exhibitors will not be allowed to enter or exit the showroom with items that can not be hand-carried by one person.  All items larger than hand-carry by one person must be transported in and out of the showroom by the expo producer.  See Welcome Packet, Entry & Exit Material Handling documents, and Deadlines for details.

    Items that exceed 500lbs or are larger than 7'H x 4'W x 3'D require advance approval and are subject to a handling fee of $250. Refer to the Welcome Packet and Entry & Exit Material Handling document for details.  EMAIL your request to info@FordSeatExpo.com.
